Shipping Policy
CYPRUS
Products are shipped via AKIS EXPRESS or ACS courier.
Standard Shipping €3 to your chosen Akis Express or ACS service point.
€5 for Door-to-Door Delivery service via Akis Express or ACS courier.
Cyprus orders can be paid online or by Cash on Delivery (COD).
Delivery within Cyprus shipping is free for orders over €80.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
1-2 working days delivery within Cyprus from departure of order.
GREECE
Products are shipped via ACS courier. All orders from Greece should be paid online, no Cash on Delivery service.
Standard Shipping €10. Door to Door Delivery Service.
Delivery within Greece is free for orders over €150.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.
International orders cannot be shipped (COD) Cash on Delivery.
CYPRUS POST
ZONE 1: Standard Shipping €10 (Delivered to the Post Office. 8-10 working days delivery from departure of order).
ZONE 1: European Union countries and Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, the Vatican, Liechtenstein and Monaco.
ZONE 2: Standard Shipping €12 (Delivered to the Post Office. 8-10 working days delivery from departure of order).
ZONE 2: Other European countries and countries in the rest of the world
Delivery for International orders is free for orders over €200.

For EPG Express Service (Zone 1 / Zone 2), Standard Service €20, Door to door Service, 2-4 working days delivery from departure of order.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided, and we will do our best to assist you.

TRACK MY ORDER
Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking number and the relevant link to track your order, in your email. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder.
ORDERS
All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email confirming your status change. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances, your item will be cancelled, and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. Orders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST may take up to two business days for order processing. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed on our website, the customer has the option to cancel an order within 2 hours after the order has been completed.

If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
